Gün-Ka Makine

Gün-Ka Machine has been designing and manufacturing drying and burnout ovens for 15 years. Wet and powder painting burnout ovens are manufactured modular. Computer supported designs are used for special requirements.

In general continual ovens can be sperated to 2 types, ground type and canopy type.

Indirect heating conventional system
Long life usage is purveyed by the stainless heat generator and the usage of a boiler tube
Minimum heat loss with the air cloak and silhouette sheet at the entry and exit of the oven.
The oven panels are isolated, galvanize is used in the internal surface, DKP sheets are used in the external surface
Adjustable canals that allow homogen heat distribution.
Heat control and safety system
A Safety system thay puts the burner out of service when the circulation has stopped.
Heating is directly suplied by a heat generator that runs with electric, fuel-oil, dizel, LPG or natural gas.
